In my capacity as an emotional coach, I help individuals develop cognitive intelligence and manage their emotions in an effective manner through the use of cognitive techniques. It is my goal to help people identify their triggers, understand their emotions, and develop coping strategies to deal with their emotions through the use of emotional coaching techniques.

My main focus is on working one-on-one with clients, assisting them to identify and overcome behavioral barriers that can limit them both in their personal and professional lives. Additionally, I may also be able to assist groups or teams in improving communication, collaboration, and productivity by promoting emotional intelligence.

I've trained in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Energy Psychology, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping), the Emotion Code, Reiki, and Meditation, to name a few.
Over the past 30 years, I've built a solid foundation of knowledge. As a result, I became inspired to help others achieve their dreams too.

You'll feel safe, compassionate, and at peace here. Your self-confidence can be built at your own pace and capacity until you feel whole.
