Who am I?
I am Tanya and I am your Emotional Coach. In my capacity as an Emotional Coach, I help individuals develop emotional intelligence and manage their emotions in an effective manner. Using emotional coaching techniques, I help people identify their triggers, understand their emotions, and develop strategies to cope with their emotions.
I often work one-on-one with clients, helping them to identify and overcome behavioral barriers that can hold them back in both personal and professional situations. By promoting emotional intelligence, I may also assist groups or teams in improving communication, collaboration, and productivity.
My training includes CBT, EFT, The Emotion Code, Reiki, and Meditation.
